I’m not a blog candy kind of girl. Meaning you won’t see me giving stuff away constantly in order to create traffic to my blog. I would rather give you tutorials you can use. But I stayed up way to late last night and I slept in this morning and find myself having two of these beautiful stamp sets Comfort & Peace from Gina K. Designs. A gal only needs one set so the other one I am giving away as my first ever blog candy. So leave a comment on this post telling me the things you would like to see in the future on my blog. I will have my husband, Russ draw a random number tomorrow morning and that number will receive this set for free!

A friend turned me on to your blog about a month ago! I then shared it with a couple other girlfriends. I think your blog is incredible as it is and you have inspired me to go get my brayer out. I haven’t had the time yet to actually put the inked brayer to paper but it’s sitting by, just waiting for me … and some time. Michelle, I really liked your “Everything Old is New Again”. More of something along this line would be nice. I love your technique and I think you rank right up there with Beate! Thank you for sharing your talents with us. Blessings to you and yours.

Without a DOUBT-Your tutorials are AWESOME! The things that you create totally look very DIFFICULT-but the way you walk us through all the STEPS-You make it a SNAP (okay-maybe not a snap-but even I can get through it). Hi Michelle,

I too join with everyone to commend you on a super blog and tutorial site! I just love your cards and have learned so much from you. If I could come up with one suggestion, it would be to demo different techniques. Maybe you could give a tutorial on a different stamping technique once a week, such as coloring with crayons, watercolors, markers, alcohol inks, etc. I know I would be hanging on your every word! Thanks for sharing your talent with all of us.

It is such a treat to see what you come up with. Your cards truly inspire me to stretch and grow as stamper. I am also a quilter. could you try something with fabric incorporated into your cards? Keep up the good work!

I love the tutorials you do. It’s so great to see the pictures of each step. Your blog is so good now, I don’t know what you could add! I kind of prefer the pictures to video because I can stare at a picture to decide what I need to know but might have to watch a video several times in order to see the same thing. The only thing better would be to have both.

Your tutorials are amazing…clear explanations (that I understand!) and great pics! I’m so glad you don’t do just videos, because some of us with our ancient computers and slow speed internet are not able to watch them!!

Every day I look forward to seeing what you have done to inspire and delight us, and I have not been disappointed. Your work is so different from the work we see on others’ blogs, and it is awesome. I love the way your tutorials simplify your masterpieces into works that I feel I could achieve, and I have loved trying my hand at your style of art. I would love you to explain about shading please. If I am trying to work on something by myself, I find myself being very inconsistent with shading my work, and I wondered if there are any rules of thumb, or tips which you could give us please. I love visiting your blog every day. Your tutorials are as amazing as your creations. I truly appreciate the time it must take for you to post them. You have such unique ideas that i couldn’t even think of something that i would want to see! I prefer the pictures over a video however if you ever sell DVD’s (which I think you could sell a lot of!) I still love seing the tutorials. I know videos are good, but sometimes a lot can’t view a video for ISP slowness.. so I think the tutorials will serve everyone well. Love to see the landscape type cards you do, with a single focal point (bird, animal, etc)… Keep up the gorgeous work!!

Michelle, I just discovered your blog about 4 days ago and already it is one of my favorites! I have read the entire thing over and over again. What can you do to improve it? Just give us more of what you are doing. I know others would agree that you could post 20 cards and tutorials a day and we would not tire of them!! Thank you for sharing your talent with us – my cards are already starting to look a step above what they were last week because of you!

Love your blog and especially the awesome cards you do. What does one do to get on your card mailing list? LOL
I would love to see a tutorial on bouncing brayer technique. I just can not seem to get it right and am really a “visual” learner so a tut might just help me learn how to do it. I LOVE the looks of the technique.

Don’t know of any enhancements needed on your blog or tutorials………I’m just so glad I ran across them. I love your use of vibrant colors and strong images. I was a bit burned out on namby pamby pastels. You have given color a new vibrant effect.

You don’t need to do blog candy to attract people to your blog- the fantastic tutorials speak for themselves!
I’ve always appreciated how you use retired SU sets, not just the newest wow factor, so please continue with that.
I’d like to see how you do different colouring techniques, like yesterday’s Prisma markers, or watercolour. Maybe more Prisma pencils too.
Thanks so much for your blog- I’ve learned more from it in that last few weeks than anything for ages! I’m so pleased to see something different from the more simplistic style- this is real art, but not difficult!

Michelle, I love your cards. You are so talented and we are lucky to be able to learn from you. My problem with the brayer is that I end up picking up too much ink and not getting the soft look. As for what else to add, how about more masking along with the brayer. mask layering would be interesting. Unless you already did that and I missed it since I’ve only recently found you and your tutorials. I love what you do. Thanks so much for sharing .

I love the way your tutorials are laid out step by step with great photos. I finally got the nerve up and tried one after you used SU punches and I loved it. Ditto on the above! LOVE your blog, love your tutorials, love ALL your work! I love your sense of color and am glad you show Adirondacks as I have more of those inks that SU pads right now. So how do you perfect the already perfect? Since I’m not an “art” person I’m always interested learning more about color and shading which you do an amazing job with.
