Hello Stampers,

Have you picked up the Kindest Gnomes stamp set yet?  It’s brand new in the just released July-December Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog.  This set is so darned cute!  I’m envisioning these gnomes in many a card scene in the next few months but, here is my first one.  I just had to use the girl gnome and since, she is a girl, I wanted to surround her in bright flowers from the Painted Poppies stamp set.

Hello Stampers,

I usually don’t go for images that lean towards the cartoony side but, the Elephant Parade stamp set is very hard to resist so, I just gave into it.  So glad I did!  I’m discovering that you can use these cute elephant images to make all kinds of different occasion cards with.  Like my card today, I would send this for a welcome baby card or send it to a friend just because.  You can really get great value out of a stamp set like this.

Hello Stampers,

Looking for that special card project to create for a pre-teen girl.  Look no further than the Pure Magic stamp set from Stampin’ Up!  Today I used it and put that Pegasus right up there in the sky where it can fly around among the fairy dust.  My grand daughter, Aubrey is all about Unicorns but, I bet she would be thrilled with this  beautiful Pegasus with it’s awesome wings.  This is such a fun stamp set to work with, it is pure magic.

Hello Stampers,

I’m playing with the Heron Habitat stamps and dies bundle today from Stampin’ Up!  What pops out at you first when you view the stamp set is the wonderful large Heron bird images, but let’s not forget to use the lovely seagull image.  It’s smaller and  can easily be overlooked when you are using this set.  So today, I decided to make the seagull my main focus and put it front and center on the beach.  I also added the great foliage stamp image and the die cut grasses in my foreground.  The die cut grasses in the foreground give lots of depth to this little scene and it’s so super simple!

Hello Stampers,

I was in the mood to create something peaceful today so, I pulled out two stamp sets and combined the images.  I definitely wanted to get more use out of the cute little bird from the Eclectic Garden stamp set and I didn’t see any reason why I couldn’t give it a bit of a different branch to hang out on.  I’m not sure how big this bird is in real life or even what kind of bird it is so, I envision it is a tiny little critter and would fit perfectly on a flower stem.

I pulled the flower and the dotted accent stamps out of the Quiet Meadow stamp set and found myself very happy with the pairing of these sets together.  They gave me the peaceful feeling I was longing for.

Hello Stampers,

I’ve got an eye catching guy card for you today using the Wildlife Wonder stamp set.  This stamp set is perfect for making those strong guy cards for the men on your card list.  Today I used the wolf and found you don’t need to do much coloring on this image at all.  The stamp does the majority of the work, love that!

I kept the card design it’s self very simple, no frills for the men I know.  How about you, can you get away with bows and such on your guy cards?  What I did do was use strong colors that pop!  No need for the frills, right?

Today’s main image panel stamps up in a jiffy using the new multi step Treasured Kindness stamp set.  With the multi-step stamping process there is no coloring so super fast!
