Hello Stampers,

Who doesn’t like a baby seal?  There is a super cute one in the stamp set, Seal of Approval along with some great scene building images and sentiments as well.  

In today’s video tutorial I show how using cool colors help give that extra chilly look for this scene for this little guy, brrrrrr!

Autumn Treasured Kindness Card

Hello Stampers,

As I look out my craft room window, I can see Orange, red, brown and green every where.  Here in Ohio, we certainly enjoy the colors of Autumn and that inspired me today to create the reflection card using the Stampin’ Up! stamp set, Treasured Kindness.  This set is fabulous, no coloring necessary to create this tree using the multi-step stamps included.   This is also a great set to use year around, love it!

Flight Into the Light Card

Hello Stampers,

I cannot say enough good things about the Stampin’ Up! stamp set, Heron Habitat.  I have had so much fun creating different skies for the bird in flight in this set and other scenes with the rest of the images.  Today I decided to give the bird a sky that goes from a dramatic dark sky to a light peaceful sky.  I like it, I hope you do too.

Winter Thank You Card

Hello Stampers,

With some major holidays approaching, I never seem to have enough Winter themed thank you cards on hand for when I get invites to parties, receive gifts etc.  This year I’m trying to get ahead a bit so this is one of the thank you cards I’m creating.  You can find the step by step video and the supply list below if you would like to stamp along with me.  This is a large scene that fits on a quarter card and I used vellum to stamp the sentiment on.   The vellum dresses it up a bit but doesn’t distract from the scene I put together.  I love it!

Christmas Scottie Card

Hello Stampers,

Have you fallen in love with the Christmas Scottie stamp set like I have?  I wish this set was called “Scottie”, instead of Christmas Scottie.  This set can be used year around for sure, especially for birthdays.  I know a lot of people store their stamps according to the holidays etc. and they just may miss out on all of the uses for this great set.  I used it for a Christmas card today but you will be seeing me use it in other ways as well in the future.

Joyful Flurry Gnome Card

Hello Stampers,

The Gnomes in the Stampin’ Up! Kindest Gnomes stamp set have certainly got my mind thinking with each new Season of the year.  I had so much fun with them for Autumn and now I’m using them for my Winter cards as well.  I think you just need to color their little outfits in different colors to match the season you are working with.  This makes the Kindest Gnomes stamp set such a good value.  I love those sets you can use all year long!

I didn’t use it for this project but this stamp set has a great coordinating die set, Gnomes Dies, item 159625.

I teamed the Gnomes stamps up with the Joyful Flurry stamps and dies bundle to create my wintery scene.

Peaceful Sea Card

Hello Stampers,

I’ve been working on Autumn and Winter cards so much lately but, today I decided to create a birthday card and I pulled out the Waves of Inspiration bundle to work with.  I decided to use it in a bit of a different way by stamping the wave stamp image in a way that it just looks like calm seas.  It always makes me happy to get even more use out of my stamps.

I used pastel colors for this project to help with the serene feel of the scene.  Color can really convey the mood, something to think about.  🙂
