It’s that time of year where everything around me gets this golden hue to it. I live in a small farming town and our home is surrounded by golden fields this time of year, wether it is a corn, soy bean or wheat it’s all golden. All I have to do is look out a window to see it and I think it is some of the prettiest land anywhere. I was inspired by those fields today and their golden hues to create this Fall card using the Beauty of Tomorrow Stamps and dies Bundle. I hope you are inspired.

Today I combined the emboss resist technique with the direct to paper technique using the All Things Fabulous Stamp Set by Stampin’ Up! for this bright floral card. The wonderful bright colors make me happy and hopefully will make the recipient happy too. I also added highlights with a White Chalk Marker and shadows with dark Blackberry Bliss ink. The highlights and low lights really make the flowers pop off of the page and create depth.
