A Little Hello – Stampin’ Up! Card
Hello there,
I hope this finds you having the best weekend ever! You know it’s a good weekend for me when I can find the time to do some stamping. It brings a little peace and harmony to this busy life. 🙂
Today I played around with the direct to paper technique for the background of my main image panel. No two cards are the same with this technique that is one of the reasons it’s so fun. Also, this technique brings a fun flair to the project. So super simple to do too.
I also played around with shading the punched banner. It looks like multiple pieces cut out right? Well it is one piece and with some marker added to give it a dimensional look with a lot less work.

Fairy Celebration – Stampin’ Up! Card
Hello there,
This magical fairy card made with the new stamp set Fairy Celebration, #141554 would be so perfect for a little girl. I even went out of my comfort zone and added glimmer paper for that sparkle most girls like. Glitter girl I am not, however! When I touch glitter it ends up on me, the cat and my husband. That stuff really travels!
I think the card was screaming for glitter so I added it. 🙂 It adds that magical touch.
