Tropical Flair – Stampin’ Up! Card

Hello Stampers,

Can you tell me what day it is?  Mapril, I mean May and April have been a blur.  Being at home 24/7 sure makes me lose track of the days.  This past Tuesday, I asked my hubby why a certain show was being broadcast on Sunday now.  He gave me quite the look before laughing.  Any how, being cooped up has given me more time in the craft room.  Something we will all yearn for after we are let out of our cages.  So let’s take advantage of it now, I say.  Are you with me?

Today’s project is a direct to paper quarter card with a bit of a tropical flair.  Direct to paper is a quick way to make a background.  I’m warning you now, when using the direct to paper technique you will not like your background until the card starts to come together at the end.  You really need to loosen up with this technique.  But it is the perfect technique to use if making a lot of the same card because it is so quick and easy to do an assemble line for them.
