Hello there,

I got a girlie card for you today.  A bow, butterfly and flower, you can’t get much more feminine than that, unless you add a bit of bling.  I’m not much of a bling girl myself so, no bling today.

This is a good card to have around without a sentiment stamped in it.  It could be used for a thank you, sympathy, wedding, birthday or just for a note.

Hello There,
Is it Spring yet?   It’s been such a long Winter.  Someone please tell me it will end soon, lol.  Actually, I really shouldn’t wish for time to go faster.  I want to be on this incredible ride, we call life, for as long as I can be.
I can get that Spring feeling another way by creating a card with a Spring feel, like I did this morning.  Blossoming trees, gotta love them.

Well I’m back from Colorado.  I took a quick trip there to see my Nephew, David Knaisch marry his sweetheart, Cindy.  Super lovely wedding, outside in the snow no less, but the love that was present warmed everyone.

Hello There,
I love getting more out of my stamps by omitting part of the image to get a complete different look.  For instance, I just used part of the new Stampin’ Up! single stamp, People Like You  in today’s project.
It’s a beautiful image as is, but it’s nice to see it in a different light and get more mileage out it.  What do you think, did I pull it off?

Baby Carriage – Stampin’ Up! Card

Hello There,

It’s pretty easy from day to day to see what I have on my mind by what I create for the day.  Yesterday it was sunshine and flowers today it’s babies.  Let me explain. . . .

This is my Son, Mitch, Daughter-in-law, Jamie, Granddaughter, Hailie Jade and Grand dog, Slug.    We received this photo from them at a Christmas party.  At first, when I opened it I was just so excited to have a picture of all of them together and then my son says “Mom did you read it”?   Well the tears flowed after that.  We are so excited that they are expecting our second grand child!  What a way to tell us too.  I love this picture!

Also, we got the news that my lovely Niece Sarah is expecting as well.  🙂

Valentine’s Day will be here before we know it, so I created a heart card this morning using the brand new Stampin’ Up! background stamp Hardwood (133035).   I paired it up with a couple of other stamp sets, Hearts a Flutter and Flowering Flourishes, sorry, I just can’t help myself.

I used the Hardwood set along with a Heart Framelit to give this card that look of carved wood.  I like how it turned out.  🙂
