Hello there,

I’m in the process of making my 100 swaps for Stampin’ Up’s Leadership conference next week.

Every year I do it, I put off making my swaps till the very last minute, why oh why? I know when the conference is months in advance. . . . do you do this?

Anyhow, when you put off making 100 cards you need to make something quick, but still have it be beautiful. Today’s card is what I came up with. Using the free Sale-a-bration stamp set Lotus Blossom, item #139143 with it’s three step flower was the ticket since I knew I did not have the time to color 100 flowers.

Oh yeah, I must show you my helper, Sadie. She has been keeping me company through the whole process. This has become here favorite place to chill. I sometimes think she is trying to e-mail an S.O.S. saying she is being held captive, lol. When my laptop is on she types some interesting stuff. So sorry if she has e-mailed you, grin.

White Christmas Multi-Gift Card Holder

Hello there,

Well my Christmas cards are made and in the mail, whew! That’s one task done and on time at that, grin. It is time to get a few more things created that I need before Christmas, such as multi-gift card holders for my children.

My sons are in their 30’s now and they are extremely hard to shop for so I give them a gift that they can use throughout the year. I purchase gift cards for restaurants and the movie theater and create these special books to put them in. I do spend quite a bit on gift cards but they get used where as if I purchased them something else I really run the risk of them sticking whatever it is in a closet and never using it. So gift cards it is and it has become a tradition that they look forward to. Today’s project is this year’s multi-gift card holder design.

This holder can be designed to hold as many or as few gift cards as you would like. 🙂

Don’t need a gift card holder, well, the main image panel on this project can be easily turned into a Christmas card.

Holiday Home Stampin’ Up! Gift Tag

Hello there,

I’m knocking out an item on my to do list today, Christmas tags. The tags I’m doing today really just take moments to make and they are beautiful. Keep in mind the scene on the tag can easily be used for a main image panel on a matching card as well.

Add the tag to a quick stamped craft box and your ready to give that special gift. I’m not a fan of store bought wrapping paper so these boxes make my heart sing because they are easily reusable.
