Lone Lovely Tree – Stampin’ Up! Card

Hello There,

This morning I got up in the mood to make a scene, literally.  I hope you like it.  I used the Stampin’ Up! Lovely as a Tree stamp set.  This set is my go to set when I need a tree for a scene.  It has been in the Stampin’ Up! catalog for quite a few years and every year I hold my breath when the retired list comes out.  It’s such a great set, I hope it never retires. If you don’t have it, what are you waiting for!  lol.

You can find the complete supply list below and also how to the get the tutorial for this project free or by purchase below.

Money Jar – Stampin’ Up! Project

Hello There,

This morning I made this jar to save my egg money in.  “Egg Money” you say, “what the heck is that?”

Well, I have sold my first carton of fresh eggs.  The girls are really laying and laying beautiful eggs.

We have 9 hens, of all different varieties, so we get quite the wonderful color assortment.

All of the hens from the chicks I got last August are laying, whoohoo.  With it being just Russ and I here we have way more eggs than we could possibly eat.  So, I am selling some of the eggs and we are going to save the money and treat ourselves to a night out with it on down the road.  Of course, I had to have a cute little jar to save the egg money in, right?

But, as I was creating this project for me, I decided to share it here because this little jar could easily be made to say “Nest Egg” to save retirement money or even “Happy Easter” with candy inside, fun huh?

You can find the complete supply list below and also how to the get the tutorial for this project free or by purchase below.

Mountain View – Stampin’ Up! Card

Hello There,

It is a Winter wonderland outside my stamp room window this morning.  It put me in the mood though to create a bit of a warmer scene with some flowers in the foreground and a mountain in the distance reflecting on calm waters.  It does warm a person up to think of a warmer place. For all you hen lovers out there, no worries, my girls are all tucked away in their nice warm, dry coop with smiles on their little chicken faces.

Now today’s peaceful card could be used for many, many different occasions.

The stamp set featured in today’s card is the beautiful Stampin’ Up! set Serene Silhouettes (132073).

You can find the complete supply list below and also how to the get the tutorial for this project free or by purchase below.

Tulips So Sorry – Stampin’ Up! Card

Hello there,

I’m currently having a ball in Houston, Texas at the Stampin’ Up! Leadership Conference.  Before I left I set this blog post to post in my absence. I hope you are having a terrific week too.

Unfortunately, we all need a sympathy card now and then.  The brand new single stamp, Blessed Easter was used for this project along with the sentiment from the set So Sorry.  I created this card to have a dreamy, peaceful quality fit for a sympathy card.  I hope you like it.

Vivid Vases – Stampin’ Up! Card

Hello there,

I hope you are staying warm where ever you are.  This blast of cold we are getting here in Ohio is horrible, -30 to -40 degree wind chill, brrrrr.  We have been trying to keep the girls warm.  They are all locked up in the coop with a heat lamp.  They are probably a bit stir crazy but it’s for their own good.

Sugar, our White Leghorn, one of the chicks we got back in August, laid her very first egg.  She is the first one out the 6 chicks to lay and we knew it was her because she is the only white egg layer we have.  The babies have officially grown up.

Anyhow, I am warm and cozy in my office today stamping away.  My project today features the brand new stamp from the new Stampin’ Up! Occasion catalog, Vivid Vases.

I used the emboss resist technique to create this scene.  I love how the vases turned out.

You can find the complete supply list and how to the get the tutorial for this project free or by purchase below.

Husband & Wife – Stampin’ Up! Card

Hello There,

Woohoo!  Today Stampin’ Up’s brand new Occasions Catalog is revealed.  Once again they have come out with some great up to date stamps and accessories.  I for one had to buy it all! Yikes, don’t tell Russ, lol.

Since I am a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, I get the perk of pre-ordering products before they are available to the public.  I could have been using them for about a month now, but I didn’t want to show you a bunch of stuff that you could not even order yet.  🙂  Teasing is not my thing.

But now, since you are able to order out of the new catalog I am breaking out one of the new stamp sets, Perfect Couple (3133197), love it, had to have it.  Isn’t that little couple cute and perfect for a wedding scene.  This is a great wedding, anniversary, engagement set.

You can find the complete supply list and how to the get the tutorial for this project free or by purchase below.
