Hello Stampers,

Wait!  Before you say it, I know this is not my normal stamping style.  I needed a card for a friend and I know if she were to create a thank you card it would be in this style which totally delights her.  So, why would I not make it in her style.  Also, it’s fun to sometimes get out of your own head and into someone else’s. 🙂

I combined two stamp sets to add flowers to the back of the Stampin’ Up! Ride With Me Truck.

I bet we can think of a million other things to stamp to add to the trucks bed as well.  The images in the stamp set, Balloons, pumpkins, Christmas tree are just a start.  What stamp images do you have?

Also, this card was inspired by me.  I know what?  Yep, I inspired myself, lol.

This is a watercolor I painted last week, complete with vanity plate.

Autumn Drip Background – Stampin’ Up! Card

Hello Stampers,

Yesterday I created a Winter card and felt I needed to give Autumn a fair shake by creating today’s card, which definitely screams Fall Y’all!  This card is 4″ x 9″ and fits in a regular old #10 size business envelope you can pick up just about any where.  This size card takes one stamp to mail, yet makes a big statement.  :). Gotta love it!

To me, the in focus foreground (bird, leaves and branches) on this card are totally brought to life by the out of focus hand made background.  You will be amazed at how easy and fun the background is to make by using, what I call, the my drip technique.

Anchor Through Storms – Stampin’ Up! Card

Hello Stampers,
