Hello Stampers,

That’s right I’m getting cheesy today, lol.  How could I not create a card with the mice from the Special Someone stamp set, 151643 without creating a big wedge of cheese to go with them.

These mice are looking at that wedge of cheese just like I look at a Big Mac after dieting for a few months, bwahahaha, I crack myself up.  Anyway they make the cutest card and they look like they are celebrating in a big way.

Two Rowboats – Stampin’ Up! Card

Hello Stampers,

All of my favorite projects happen when I sit down with a new stamp set and just try to create a scene.  After making a scene I turn to my catalog to see what embellishments I have, or I can create with the products I have on hand.

Today I created the scene using the new By The Dock stamp set, item 151622.  The cattail dies from the Catch of the Day Thinlits Dies Set, item 148815 were just the embellishment I needed along with the nature looking Burlap Ribbon, simple but effective.

This card is 4″ x 9″ and fits perfectly in a #10 Size Business Envelope.

I’m using a darling Stampin’ Up! Bundle today, Under My Umbrella.  I love when the stamp set has a coordinating punch, like this one.  Don’t get me wrong, I love coordinating die sets but when you can pull out a punch to punch out this umbrella it’s super quick.

I love playing with color and the lack of color.  For instance, my scene today has places where I left the white of card stock to show through to create a misty look.  This is such an easy technique to use to add a lovely effect to your scenes.

Hello Stampers,

I’ve got a no frills masculine golf card for you today.  That’s right no bows or sparkly stuff, just like guys like it.  But, I did use the new Clubhouse stamp set and coordinating Country Club Designer Series Paper.  Let me tell you, the hardest part of making this card was picking out one of the Country Club Designer Series Paper Pack.  There were 3 sheet which would be perfect with this little scene and I ended up doing enny meany miney moe to pick which paper to use.  It was very adult like, lol.
