Hello there,

As you read this I’m on my way to Orlando, Florida to attend the Stampin’ Up! Leadership Conference, whoohoo!

This is my last project for this month and it is one that is great for the men on your card list.  I always think  of brown, black and blue as a manly color combo.  What do you think?

I was super busy baking Banana Bread yesterday.  Russ took over 30 loaves to work with him today to spread some Christmas Cheer to the staff at the Dayton Art Institute.   It has become a Christmas tradition.

Sometimes I think I’ve gone off the deep end, but it makes all that baking worth while to see my husband so happy loading up his truck this morning.  🙂

On another note . . . . . . . . . . . .

DSC_0002Frequently you will find one of my tables here covered in what looks like stacks of towels, but under those towels are mold after mold of my specialty soaps that I handcrafted.  🙂  After the pouring process the soap molds need to be kept warm so the soap will do it’s magic in the molds.  Sometimes I wonder why my Husband Russ puts up with my projects all over the house, lol.

White Christmas Multi-Gift Card Holder

Hello there,

Well my Christmas cards are made and in the mail, whew!  That’s one task done and on time at that, grin.  It is time to get a few more things created that I need before Christmas, such as multi-gift card holders for my children.

My sons are in their 30’s now and they are extremely hard to shop for so I give them a gift that they can use throughout the year.  I purchase gift cards for restaurants and the movie theater and create these special books to put them in.   I do spend quite a bit on gift cards but they get used where as if I purchased them something else I really run the risk of them sticking whatever it is in a closet and never using it.  So gift cards it is and it has become a tradition that they look forward to.  Today’s project is this year’s multi-gift card holder design.

This holder can be designed to hold as many or as few gift cards as you would like.  🙂

Don’t need a gift card holder, well, the main image panel on this project can be easily turned into a Christmas card.

Hello there,

I’ve been so wrapped up in creating my Christmas cards I almost forgot it was Autumn.   Autumn is my most favorite time of the year.  I love the colors, smell of the dried fallen leaves and the cool crisp weather.  Now I said cool weather, not cold.  “Did you hear that Mother Nature!”

Living were I do in Ohio farm country I get to enjoy watching the farmer’s harvest their fields.  It’s such a joyful time, the roadside stands are just bursting with every size, shape and color of pumpkins you could ever dream of.  Don’t forget the apple cider they sell,  mmmmm!

So I guess you know now why I was inspired to create today’s card and tutorial.  I hope you are inspired to give this project a try.
