No Stamping for me today.

Sadly, there is no time for stamping today.  A quick ditty this morning is all I have time for. . . .. . .

A lady and her co-workers go to a bar after a hard days work to unwind.  As she is sitting there the most gorgeous man she has ever seen walked in.  She couldn’t help but take little glances at him out of the corner of her eye.  Much to her disbelief he walked over to her and said “for twenty dollars I’ll do any thing you ask me to do”.  She thought for a moment, reached down and got a twenty out of her purse and said “Clean my house”, lol.

That’s how I’m feeling today.  Much to do in way of housework.  We are having a birthday party for my Grand Daughter this weekend and I have a messy house to get ready for company.

There are so many comments on yesterday’s post, I’m so very amazed!  I would love to know where everyone is from.  Give me a shout out today by commenting on this post telling me were you live.  I’ll start by telling you I’m from West Alexandria, Ohio.

If you are getting my blog updates by e-mail and you want to comment, please click this link to take you to my blog:   http://zindorf.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com/2008/07/17/no-stamping-for-me-today/

Don’t forget to stop by tomorrow, Friday, I will be announcing the winner of yesterday’s blog candy.

May your day be a peaceful and relaxing one.

Until my next post.. . . . . . .

Hugs,

Michelle

    Michelle,

Wow, I read above that you have 99 responses today! Do I get a prize for being #100? haha. I am a huge fan of yours, and I am living in the Northern suburbs of
Cincinnati, Ohio (Springdale). Originally, I am from Newark, Ohio which is where most of my family still lives. I gotta go clean as well. Loved your cute little story.
    Take care,

I’ve got guests coming tonight too and no time to clean – I guess I’ll be putting up the Get Well cards so they’ll think I’ve been too sick to clean and understand why the house is a mess! LOL!

Thanks for all the inspiration and laughs along the way!

Checking in from Kissimmee, Fl. I’m not cleaning today, I’m grocery shopping later, the ads came out in yesterdays paper. Thank God we have houses to clean and at least a little $ to buy groceries; but I don’t know which job I dislike the most.

Isn’t the internet amazing? Just imagine the creative link between you and the rest of the world – literally. And the best part – I get to be an almost neighbor – coming to you from Dayton, OH

Cleaning – never much fun but when it’s for a GD birthday party – it’s worth it. Happy Birthday wishes to your granddaughter.

    Hello Michelle,

I hate housework with a passion, but when it is done, it makes it worth every minute I spent on it. I also have not been able to stamp or craft for a couple of days. I had items in a living room, a bedroom and a basement. I now have a great room for all my supplies with the exception of a 8 foot x 4 foot peg board that holds all my paper. I have been arranging and organizing my GREAT new room.

I check your blog every single day and sometimes, 2 or 3 times a day. I get your emails when they are sent out.

    I am from Denver, Colo. I am married with 3 children (12, 9 & 5 yrs). 2 boys and 1 girl.

Thank you for everything that you share. God Bless you and have a wonderful day.

I grew up in Seattle, and now I live 20 minutes away from my mom who has the best view of downtown Seattle and Lake Washington. I’ll bet you would be inspired here and put some rhododendrons by Lake Washington in your fabulous creations!
