No Stamping for me today.

Sadly, there is no time for stamping today.  A quick ditty this morning is all I have time for. . . .. . .

A lady and her co-workers go to a bar after a hard days work to unwind.  As she is sitting there the most gorgeous man she has ever seen walked in.  She couldn’t help but take little glances at him out of the corner of her eye.  Much to her disbelief he walked over to her and said “for twenty dollars I’ll do any thing you ask me to do”.  She thought for a moment, reached down and got a twenty out of her purse and said “Clean my house”, lol.

That’s how I’m feeling today.  Much to do in way of housework.  We are having a birthday party for my Grand Daughter this weekend and I have a messy house to get ready for company.

There are so many comments on yesterday’s post, I’m so very amazed!  I would love to know where everyone is from.  Give me a shout out today by commenting on this post telling me were you live.  I’ll start by telling you I’m from West Alexandria, Ohio.

If you are getting my blog updates by e-mail and you want to comment, please click this link to take you to my blog:   http://zindorf.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com/2008/07/17/no-stamping-for-me-today/

Don’t forget to stop by tomorrow, Friday, I will be announcing the winner of yesterday’s blog candy.

May your day be a peaceful and relaxing one.

Until my next post.. . . . . . .

Hugs,

Michelle

I live just north of Paris…Tennessee that is. Just a small spot on the map.

But it looks like you have reached many places with your art. Seems like stampin’ makes it a small world after all.

    Have a great day!

    Michelle,

I’m so glad that I accidentally found your blog listed on an ebay sale about 6 months ago. It has opened the door to real stamping creativity for me. Your tutorials are easy to follow and very unique. They are the first thing I look for every morning when I check my email. Thanks for being willing to share your creative ideas. You are the best!!

Your blog tutorials are so well written and have given me the courage to play and experiment “some” with my brayer. I look forward every morning to seeing what you have posted. Thank you so much for sharing your time and talents with all of us.

Big fan. Even bought some supplies mostly more inks and a few co-ordinating stamps to create my own versions of your style.
I am from Wollongong – 90 mins south of Sydney, Australia.
Now I have to go and look up where Ohio is. Aahh, There it is between Chicago & New York. My daughter went to C & NY, now I have to ask her if she remembers Ohio. Maybe one day I will travel there myself. Seen some of the south of USA: California, Arizona, touched into Utah. Now need to go further north and east.

Michelle, I am from Roseville, California. Currently I am in Moline, Illinois, visiting a sick aunt and uncle. I was born here and with the humidity am reminded why my family moved to California. Your joke was cute. Enjoyed reading the emails from all the people who read your blog. Wow, you really impact a lot of people!
    Enjoy your week-end.

Hey Michelle, I live in Newport News VA. We are 20 miles from Williamsburg and about 40 miles from Virginia Beach, where the closest AC Moore is located. On the plus side, I do have a Michaels 2 miles up the road. I have worked in scrapbook and stamping stores in Williamsburg until last year. Now I am at home trying to organize a 9X12 room to fit scrapping, stamping and beading…too many hobbies!

Hi Michelle. Been away from the computer for a couple of days, and have suffered withdrawals from being unable to check your blog! Another of your many southern hemisphere fans – I live in an outer suburb of Melbourne, Australia. Hope you enjoy seeing how far-reaching your talent is! The world sure is a much smaller place now that we have the internet. Thanks for sharing all your beautiful work.

Hi Michelle, I get inspiration regularly through your emails which I look forward to every time I check, I smile when I see your name in my inbox knowing it’ll be a joy to see before I read it. I just LOVE your work and try to use my stamps more often now thanks to your gorgeous cards. I’ve sang your praises to all my crafting friends, & recommended them to visit your blog. I’m glad I found you on SCS. Thanks for the well explained tutorials, you’re a brilliant teacher.
P.S don’t feed the dust bunnies, I have a family of them in my house who visit regularly & 2 labradors that help them grow bigger with the fur they feed them. lol

Hey Michelle! I knew you were down in Ohio somewhere. As it were, I am responding to your post today because I spent the weekend in Cleveland at the Women of Faith conference. We wanted to go to a stamping store in the worst way, but unfortunately the times we had were not conducive to stamp shopping — too late or too early. Loved your little story — how true is it. That is the difference between men and women — I think I will just stop there! Anyway, I am from Rochester, Michigan. I usually never say that kind of thing on the web, but I am going to assume there are no wierdos following your blog that are interested in where I live! LOL! By the way, you certainly are free to take a day off blogging without any excuse — just time off for good blogging behavior. Talk to you again soon — maybe even on the next post!

  27. Good day, Michelle-

I am from Seattle, Washington, but was born in Russia, Moscow. My Russian family makes fun of my card-making hobby and just can not understand my passion. They think that I have tonns of supply (very not true). Russians are not familiar with this kind of craft, just yet, and when I find card making for myself, I was amazed. I feel lucky to know you, Michelle, see and enjoy your art, communicate and write to you.
Thank you, all the best, Olga
