Cutting Up!

dsc07581.JPG

Whew!  Things are getting a bit overwhelming here at the Zindorf homestead.  So much to do, so much to think about.  The job search still continues for us, but we are doing fine.  FRAZZLED, but fine.  Sometimes I just want to hold on to the chair I’m in and ask the world to stop spinning so I can get caught up, lol.  But instead when things get tough the tough get cutting!  At least I did today since I am under the weather also.  I received a package of new stamp sheets from Innovative Stamp Creations and spent a bit of time cutting them up.  If you want to check out their stamp line here is the link:  http://www.innovativestampcreations.com/ischomepage.html

I’m just showing you the back sides of the stamps in this picture.  I’m such a tease!  I think you will love their new line that will be released this month.

If you have never used unmounted stamps before and want to know how to prepare them check out this previous post I did on the subject:

Oh heck, how about a little sneak peek of a card project that I will be doing in my Beginner Brayer Workshops that are coming up.  3-small.jpg

What you haven’t signed up yet!  Here is the link to my Brayer Workshop Calendar:

Hey, I hope you are feeling your very best today.

Huge Hugs,

Michelle

I’ve been thinking about you…hoping that you would find some kind of employment! Are both you and your husband looking for work??? I hope not! Such a scary time. You are wonderful to continue to share your gift with your readers.

I hope you’re feeling better soon!

Those are a lot of stamps…….can’t wait to see what you’re going to do with them!!

Can’t you do a brayer workshop online?? One you must suscribe for and then you send a you tube film or something like that?!
Then, people outside the usa can also learn your brayertechnique!!! And it’s definitely something I want to learn!!
Or a better Idea…..come to the Netherlands!!!

Purely by coincidence I was doing exactly the same thing last night Michelle – only on a much smaller scale!! I received one of the ISC plates I’d ordered yesterday and of course as soon as I got home from work I was cutting it up ready to use. LOL

So sorry to hear you are under the weather too! Put the vaporizer on- I swear by mine! I’m going to visit your tutorials on preping unmounted stamps….I’ve always wondered about that. I tend to be on the lazy side and have mounted them to empty CD cases with double stick tape. Seems to work for me. Stay strong Michelle and continue to look for ways to capitalize on your talents. Thank you for continuing with your blog, I do look forward to it every day!

I would love to do your classes. Are you coming to the Northeast anytime? I would even suscribe to a “tube” class!!!!

Love that card for the beginner brayer class! You are so talented. And all that rubber hidden upside down makes me anticipate some wonderful new creations from you. I hope a new job adventure comes your way soon. Feel better!

No wonder you’re feeling frazzled! What a job cutting all that rubber, but so much enjoyment to look forward to after it’s finished…both for you and us! Your cards are beautiful and as soon as I can clear a flat space large enough for brayering I’m going to try my hand at it again. Thank you for all you share with us. Kind words “don’t pay the rent” but I hope they lift your spirits anyway.

Greetings you cut up!! That’s just down right nasty…. but I think I can spot a tree and a heart and …. 🙂
I too wish that I lived closer and could attend your brayering class. I love the sample that you’re working one. I tried to map how long of a drive it would be from Toronto Ontario to Covington.. now I just need to find some fellow travellers who would want to join me for a road trip! Who has travelled the furtherest to come to one of your classes?
    TFS!

  12. Wow, that’s a lot of rubbah you got there Michelle. Can’t wait to see what miracles you create with all of them.

Sure hope you are feeling better real soon.

I have had you in my prayers…I will include your husband. If you live here (Tn/Al) I would do everything in my power to help. Times are so hard for everyone right now (including us) but God has been good to us. We have been able to make just enough to meet our bills. My husband has his own business and I just received my Real Estate license (thank goodness the market is still good here).

You are really being a stinker about the new stamps! How could you do this to all of us that droooooool over every card you make???? Why us…don’t you love us any more?? Can’t wait until you unvail your new stamps.
