On the road again. . . . . .

I am heading South.  Going down to Jacksonville, Florida to teach this weekend.  Jacksonville are you ready to get your create on!  I have to say I am ready for some warmer temperatures with no snow in sight, lol.

How about some wonderful, sugar free, blog candy for those of you not joining me in Jacksonville?  Yeah!!!!

This weeks blog candy is a Stampin’ Up! stamp set, named Wanted.  I have used my set many, many times.  I cannot get enough of that horse.

    I am so glad you are heading to warm weather! ENJOY IT FOR ALL THE UPSTATE NY’S WHO ARE FREEZING & SUFFERING FROM SAD BECAUSE THERE’S NO SUNSHINE EITHER! If you are wondering why I am posting to you at 3:40 am, it’s because my muscles are cramping from shoveling snow for 7 hours straight. My Dad usually uses his slow-blower to clear out not only their home, but also 4 other neighbors who can’t handle the snow. He also makes sure the fire hydrants at either end of the very long street are cleared. I dropped He & my Mom @ the airport @ 4am yesterday so they could catch an early flight to South Carolina to visit my youngest brother’s family. Getting to the airport was quite the driving adventure. As I was saying goodbye, my Dad “mentioned” that he hoped his neighbors didn’t try to get out or shovel. Taking the hint, I said “Don’t worry I’ll plow them out.” His comment “You can’t use the snow-blower because you’ll scratch the car, and besides’ I didn’ leave any oil/gas mix for you. Oh, just don’t worry…If only Don (next-door neighbor) was home.” I caved, and assured them I could deal with it, which I did. I was on the run all day, but when I sat down at 11pm, I cramped right up. Since sleep alludes me, I decided to go to your site. Well obviously, I was thrilled to see candy offered. Please throw my hat in the ring. PLEASE, bring back a picture of SUNSHINE to post! Have a wonderful time! 🙂
