Are you ready for some new blog candy!  This week as blog candy I have the Stampin’ Up! set, Spring Song to give away.

    It is so lovely when the blossoms appear and all the beautiful greens show themselves on the trees. Around here, the birds are singing and Monarch butterflies are flying about. Boy are my creative juices flowing. Your new stamp set makes me want to get to the craft area.

    I love the vibrancy of the spring colors. Just as Jesus burst from the tomb and surprised us, so do the flowers that bloom every spring bring an element of surprise to our lives. This is a beautiful set of spring stamps.

    Spring has the AZ desert in bloom and also the lilacs here in my yard! The hummingbirds have returned to their nests again this year on the string of Christmas lights we never take down because of those nests. They are enjoying the plants we put in the yard for them. The weather is fabulous and people are outside enjoying it. Probably my favorite season!

    This set really says SPRING!!!! I love it. Pick me, Pick me, Pick me, Pleaseeeeeeeee!!

    There tons of things that I love about Spring, from all the little flowers that pop out of the soil to the chatter of the birds that visit my feeders ,and some that nest in my nest boxes, to the longer, and warmer days. Spring is probably my favorite season. Thanks for another chance to win some great blog candy.

    What I love about spring is trying to “catch” when everything suddenly buds out and it seems like it becomes green in an instant and everyting is so pretty it almost hurts to look at it….love spring!

    I love all the wonderful colors and love when the hummingbirds buzz my head, letting me know they are here to put out the feeder and plant them some red flowers! Every year they either buzz my head or look in my door, it’s so funny!

    The flowers are what I love about spring. To see the first whisps of color peeking thru (sometimes snow!) after a long dull winter of nothing but white (or brown) and the trees budding into colors is so exciting every year.

    what do I love about spring? it is by far the beautiful sound of the birds singing their songs outside my windows. that brings me such complete and utter joy! 🙂

    What do i love about spring? Silly enough, I love to hear the frogs ribbitting around our house. I get woken up in the a.m. (4:30) by a single frog as if he’s testing the waters to see if anyone else is awake. Then, when I get up later (5:30), we have a single songbird doing the same thing. By the time we leave the house to go to work (6:00) the entire neighborhood is in song, and some are a bit more ‘loud’ than others; I figure those are the ones who woke up with a story to tell…

    when I hear the birds in the a.m. and the frogs at night (and early morning) THAT’S when I know spring has come to our neighborhood.

    I have to add, I LOVE your post about your puppies. They are so great and rescuing from shelters is the ONLY way to go (or from empty apartments, storms, etc). Bless you!

    Spring’s my favourite season. After the cold, dark, long nights, and short daylight hours when almost everything looks dead and gone, the naked branches sprout new leaf buds the ground comes alive with new spring bulbs, apart from snowdrops which are so brave in popping up when its still so cold, crocuses, daffodils, etc. let us know the hard frost is not so hard, amazingly they’ve survived. Then the blossoms appear on the trees, with beautiful splashes of colour and the happy singing of the birds make you love getting up and outside again, especially when we get lovely bright sunny mornings that make the fresh new growth so pretty and vibrant.

    I love love love how the sullen empty branches on the trees outside begin to sprout little leaves then suddenly spinners fall to the ground like little helicopters and I get to watch my daughters chase them laughing with the puppy and rolling in the fresh cut grass.. that smell is heavenly the colors dance to life where it was just the day before so lifeless. And the best part of spring.. is LADYBUGS!! lots and lots of ladybugs!

    Spring…the time for renewal 🙂 I especially love waking to the sounds of the birds singing (no matter the time) for their songs put a smile on my heart.
    I live in Barrie and it is what we classify as a ‘snow belt’; this set reminds me of all God’s beautiful that surrounds us during spring and summer…:)

    Yes, please enter me in the Blog Candy drawing. Texas in the spring is about as beautiful as it gets especially this year. After having been in a drought situation for 5 years, this year we have enjoyed a bumper crop of wild flowers. Everything from Blue Bonnets to Indian Paint Brush, Wine Cups, Blackfoot Daisys and the list goes on. Not saying Texas wildflowers are better than any other; just saying that right now they are particularly beautiful. Safe trip Michelle!

    I love spring. The best part is watching the birds return after the winter. They all sing so lovely and are getting their summer plumage. Every year a bird builds a nest in the tree outside my office and we get to watch the eggs and then the hatchlings.
