Are you ready for some new blog candy!  This week as blog candy I have the Stampin’ Up! set, Spring Song to give away.

    I love going outdoors and wearing light clothing, the light breeze. I love the smell of the air, the flowering trees. I am ready to get rid of the old and get inspired with new clothes, new color…etc. I love seeing more of the sun and longer days. I love hearing the birds as they chatter away! Yes, Spring is my favorite time of the year…but it is soooo short.

    I love the first daffodil popping up like a new-born babe, bright eyed, and mouth wide open at the awesome big world just waiting for its yellow bloom to say “hello,

    I LOVE the blooming wisteria and iris in my garden. There is something so special about those plants – they are an analogy to life itself, in my view. The bloom is so short that it make it incredibly special. Love, love, love the days growing longer and the color green in the trees as they leaf out. Love everything about spring.

    I love Spring. The weather in Queensland is great, not cold, not hot. Just right. I love that all the birds are up early and happy. The babies animals are born. Its just a great time of year. I always seem to make alot of flower cards in spring. With this new set I can add a bird to the picture. I so wish you came to Australia to do classes. Your work is so beautiful.

    What I love about spring is the return of the hummingbirds. I set a feeder out as soon as the weather warms up and they come. I saw my first hummer yesterday.

    Oh my gosh that is a cute little birdie on the branch! I’m a demo but don’t think I’ve ever seen that set, Michelle! Auburn is a little far for me to travel, but I would love to take a class from you if there is a chance a closer locale will be booked!

    Who doesn’t love spring? You have the fresh smells, the colors returning when the bulbs peek through the soil, the warmer temperatures, the sounds of the kids playing outside, the longer days and on and on!

    I love watching the cherry blossoms appear. I also love the idea that the rain is ending and that sunny days are ahead. This second reason is that when I take my daughter to the park it’s much nicer to be out there on a sunny, warm day than on one of those overcast, freezing days. Thanks for the chance to win!

    I love this set and would really like to be entered to win it. The thing I love most about spring is waking up to the birds singing every morning. I love the spring green color as new life emerges from tired branches.

    What do I love, love, LOVE about spring? Well, when asked what my favorite color is, I always say ‘spring green.’ I LOVE that light, fresh green of new leaves just coming out on the trees in spring. Of course, I also love the birds that come to my feeders and sing to me. 🙂

    I love the sense that everything is new and reborn. The smell of the flowers, the song of the birds, the new green of the trees, the brightness of the sky. Not to mention the warmth!!! I could do without the allergies, but if that’s the price I’ll pay it!

    The sun’s warmth, the smell in the air after a spring shower or from a freshly cut lawn …the flowers peeking out of the ground…..the budding trees….the grass greening up….the wildbirds returning to my feeders and seeing my neighbors again…..lol! We all hibernate in the winter but Spring brings us outside again.

    By far my favorite part of Spring are all the newborn critters that enter the world, especially here on the farm. I could sit all day long and watch them. Makes me feel so young and fresh again!

    Love, love, love the ‘newness’ of everything and the lift in spirits to get out in the fresh air and breathe deeply.     What is not to love about Spring? I personally love the flowers, the vibrant green color of the new leaves on the trees, the warmer weather, the longer days, more hours of sunshine in the evenings, the birds singing. Enough said – I love Spring!
