Sorry folks, no tutorial today.  I am in mourning do to the loss of my beloved Parakeet Pheobe.   She passed last night for no apparent reason.  Her mate, Marley is singing a very sad tune today.  😦

My heart is a bit broken and when that happens I need to spend some time being physical, so I will be spending the day swabbing the decks around here.  My heart just isn’t into stamping at the moment.

    I am so sorry for your loss, Michelle. I have had to put a few animals down and know how hard the loss of a loved pet can be. Your readers care about you. I hope you can find some comfort. We love you!

    So sorry for your loss. It is hard to lose a pet; it can be just as sad as losing a “people” loved one. Mourn as you see fit and don’t feel any pressure to “get over it”. When you’re ready to move on you’ll know.

    I truly understand your sadness, I have a parakeet that looks almost identical to Pheobe named Petie and a green-cheek conure named Paco. It is amazing how these little feathered creatures nibble their way into your heart and become a very important part of one’s family structure. I am sorry to hear of your loss! It comforts me to know that our creator is aware and grieves when the lowly sparrow falls from it’s nest! He is also aware of your loss of Pheobe and has comfort for you in outstretched hands.     Michelle, so sorry to hear about Phoebe, I have had sweet parakeets and had one pass for no reason and it is so sad and you need time right now, but know we are all thinking of you. All animals are part of the family. I hope Marley is ok, it is so hard on them as well.
