Jelly Fish Invasion & Some Blog Candy to Boot!

Hey All,

Well I made it to Baltimore, Maryland today.   It only took about 8.5 hours in the rain by car.  After the rainy drive however, I decided to treat myself to a little side trip and went to the National Aquarium in Baltimore.   Well worth every penny spent on admission.  I have some photos to share with you from the Aquarium, but first how about some BLOG CANDY!!!  You know, the candy that isn’t fattening, woohooo!

Now on with the Aquarium photos.   As you see I was quite fasinated by the jelly fish.  In fact the jelly fish room was my favorite out of all that I seen.  How awesome are they?

Other sights seen.  As you can tell I didn’t take a lot of photos of actual fish.  They were too quick, swimming to and fro, so my photos of them came out blurry.

Well it is time to hit the sack so I can be fresh for my Brayer Workshops tomorrow.

    never been to baltimore. grew up on the ocean in Cali. Seen a lot of fishes too but the capture of these jellies is amazing!     I love your pictures of the aquarium. I was recently at the Atlanta Aquarium and my grand-girls loved the jellyfish there (especially the glow-in-the-dark variety) and they loved seeing the “Nemo” fish (clown fish). I find the Manta-rays stunning and the little ones loved ‘petting’ the small stingrays (yep they have a ‘petting’ area).     Well, have you been reading about the invasion of jelly-fish we had recently here in Florida? Then last week it was star fish. I love them both. Years ago I took my young nephew to the beach , and there were plenty of jelly-fish out. I told him to gather them and we would make jelly when we got home. He did, and I got in trouble when we got home! Love to have this stamp set. But I won’t make jelly .
