Sweet Potato Muffins and Banana, Oat and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Both of these recipes freeze well and can be found on www.weelicious.com     This has become one of my favorite web sites since I found it a couple of weeks ago after hearing about it on the Martha Stewart Radio Channel.  If you like to eat a little healthier, you will enjoy this site as well.

Sweet Potato Muffins  I made mine to be full size muffins (the recipe made 12), cooked the muffins for 20 minutes.

Banana, Oat and Chocolate Chip Cookies  These cookies are not pretty to look at but boy, they are GOOD!

    My dear Michelle, You are one talented lady. I enjoy your weekly tutorials, however I’m not so gifted with the brayer. I keep searching your stops to see if there is one close enough to me to take both classes- no such luck yet but I won’t give up!!
