Sweet Potato Muffins and Banana, Oat and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Both of these recipes freeze well and can be found on www.weelicious.com     This has become one of my favorite web sites since I found it a couple of weeks ago after hearing about it on the Martha Stewart Radio Channel.  If you like to eat a little healthier, you will enjoy this site as well.

Sweet Potato Muffins  I made mine to be full size muffins (the recipe made 12), cooked the muffins for 20 minutes.

Banana, Oat and Chocolate Chip Cookies  These cookies are not pretty to look at but boy, they are GOOD!

    The bird punch is one of the favorites with my card swap club. My best friend manages to use it for about any occasion we pick for the monthly swap! I’ve really enjoyed your fall cards recently since it’s my favorite season–so bring it on! 🙂

    This Friendship blog candy is well named. In the case of the stamp it’s the friendship that is found in nature and in the case of the blog it’s the friendship of sharing not only the lovely stamp but the goodies as well.

    Language of Friendship–please enter me into the drawing for this stamp set. Love it! And thank you for the heads up on the cookie recipes…great for the upcoming holidays. I love muffins, cookies with zuchinni, pumpkin, apples, and now sweet potatoes. Look up cookies made with cake mixes…one uses a can of pumpkin for the moisture and sweet. They are really easy to make too.
