Life’s Curve Ball and Stampin’ Up! Blog Candy

Hey There,

Well just when you think you have your schedule for the week all figured out and you are caught up on everything, life throws you a big old curve ball.

Tuesday after I finished by blog post for the day and was all ready to get out in the garden to get a jump start on some projects, I started having chest pains.  It was scary enough that I got myself to the hospital to get checked out.  They kept me until last night.  Two days of poking me with needles, stress test etc.  I found out that my heart is perfect, but I have high blood pressure and stress probably brought on the chest pains.  Nothing medication and taking better care of myself won’t cure.  Whew!  what a relief.  🙂

So, I’m taking today to get caught up on things.  But I have some blog candy to give away.   That’s right I’m giving away a brand new Stampin’ Up! See Ya Later Stamp set!

All you have to do to enter your name for chance to win is comment below to enter you.  If you are getting this blog update via e-mail, please CLICK HERE and then leave a comment at the bottom of this post.

I will select the winner on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 using a random number generator.  Good luck!

I will be back tomorrow with a project to show.

May this day leave you happy and healthy.

Until my next post. . . . . . .  .

Huge Hugs!

SOOO happy that you took yourself off to the hospital to have it checked out! To many people don’t, with very different results from yours. As for Curve balls, oh yes, I’m entirely to well acquainted with those! It’s been my week for them as well! So I’d love to get a little bit of yummy candy to take away the bad taste! Thanks for the chance, but even more happy to hear your good news!

Now this is interesting. The same day you had chest pains my 54 year old daughter had chest pains and went to ER where they kept her for hours poking and prodding. Thank goodness it wasn’t her heart. They think it might be Gird or some type of acid reflux. It was so scary. She’s not overweight, but it could be stress. I had a mild heart attack brought on by stress one time. So please listen to the doctors and slow down your life. Stress can really mess you up.

I hope you are relaxing as I write this. I bet it was very scary. We all could use to slow down a bit. Stress does amazing things to our bodies. Hope you are seeing sun out your window. (well, it is night now but I mean I hope you did) I hope the random generator picks me this week. I have had a very stressful week with a broken car and broken septic pump. waiting on parts for both. Keep telling myself life could be worse. and it could but it could also be alot better. linda

Glad to hear you are still in good health. Chest psons ate scary. I had the same feeling about 6 years ago & after many tests, discovered mine was acid reflux. I would love to receive your blog candy so I can send others a little bit if sunshine on their rainy day. xoxo
