Today’s project was created with the beautiful Rose Wonder Stamp Set and Stampin’ Up! Watercolor Pencils. My tutorial today shows you step by step how to build up color using Watercolor pencils to get very rich color and also how to create the effects of a sunset using Watercolor pencils.
Here is a quick video of mine showing how you can edge panels in your project with Metallic marker. This is a quick, simple and cost effective alternative to using costly metallic card stock to layer your panels with, OH Yeah!
