Hello Stampers,
Did you know that July is World Watercolor month? I’m celebrating it with this little dragonfly card where I used my Stampin’ Up! inks and water painter to create this loose watercolor look on today’s card. Although it is not showing up in the photo, POO, I used Clear Wink of Stella on the wings and sentiment for a bit of shimmer. Just close your eyes and imagine sparkle, lol. In real life it is wonderful! When isn’t sparkle wonderful, right?
The use of watercolor paper and water really help give you the watercolor look in this project even though I’m using ink. Just let the color go freely where it wants to go for that loose watercolor look.
