Sweet Potato Muffins and Banana, Oat and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Both of these recipes freeze well and can be found on www.weelicious.com     This has become one of my favorite web sites since I found it a couple of weeks ago after hearing about it on the Martha Stewart Radio Channel.  If you like to eat a little healthier, you will enjoy this site as well.

Sweet Potato Muffins  I made mine to be full size muffins (the recipe made 12), cooked the muffins for 20 minutes.

Banana, Oat and Chocolate Chip Cookies  These cookies are not pretty to look at but boy, they are GOOD!

    Ooohhhh I love this set but don’t have it! I’d love to win it, so please enter me. Sept 12th was my daddy’s birthday and he’s been gone since 1989. That would make winning it even more special if it was on that day. Those muffins and cookies look sooooo yummy!! Hope you’re doing great!

    What an absolutely perfect looking muffin and you top it off with those goooood looking chocolate chip cookies and so full of luscious chips too! Boy do they beat the one oatmeal raisin cookie that I got at the hospital last week – three raisins in a half size cookie and the only way you could eat it was to dunk it or you’d be having your front teeth replaced too!!!
    So on to the stamp set…. It’s a really nice simple one and one that you can do a lot with Michelle. Of course I like birds and it has the just perfect 2 piece bird stamp too where you can place the wing any where you want. I haven’t had the money to get the bird punch yet but maybe I can win the stamp set and cut it out by hand and I’ll at least have the bird that I want!!!!
